1. Handmade Natural Formulations & Product Characteristics

Butter Me NAU products are handcrafted in small, artisan batches in Nairobi, Kenya, utilizing unrefined organic African shea butter, cold-pressed plant oils, and natural botanical extracts without synthetic chemical hardeners, microplastics, or artificial preservatives.

• Batch Variation: Natural variations in color hue, whip density, and subtle aroma may naturally occur between batches without compromising quality or efficacy.
• Temperature Sensitivity (Melting): Pure unwhipped and whipped shea butters soften at warm temperatures (exceeding 30°C / 86°F). Softening during transit on warm days does not spoil the butter. Placing the jar in a cool spot or refrigerator for 15 minutes easily restores firmness.
• Skin Patch Test Advisory: We always recommend performing a 24-hour small patch test behind the ear or inside the elbow before full application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our cosmetic items are for external body use only.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed across our storefront are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES). Prices are subject to adjustment without prior notice, but any price modifications will not affect orders already confirmed with payment.

3. Orders, Payments & Verification

Orders are officially confirmed once your M-Pesa STK push or designated payment method has successfully verified. Butter Me NAU reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in circumstances involving pricing discrepancies, out-of-stock items, or incomplete delivery contact numbers, with prompt full refunds issued.

4. Intellectual Property

The name "Butter Me NAU", our visual mark, custom packaging designs, photography, text, and product names belong exclusively to NAU INDUSTRIES LTD and are protected by Kenyan and international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising out of website usage are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya.
