1. Nairobi County Deliveries
We provide door-to-door direct rider delivery across Nairobi County:
- Timelines: Within 24 hours of our scheduled dispatch days (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday).
- Delivery Fees: Calculated dynamically during checkout according to zone distance from our central Nairobi studio.
- Rider Coordination: The rider will phone you directly prior to arrival to confirm you or a designated recipient is available to receive the package.
2. Upcountry & Nationwide Kenya Delivery
We ship nationwide to all major towns and regions across Kenya (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, Kilifi, Machakos, and more) via established courier services (Fargo Courier, Wells Fargo, or designated regional parcel offices).
- Timelines: Typically 24 to 48 hours following dispatch.
- Tracking: You receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification with your parcel waybill number and collection/delivery instructions once the courier receives your box.
3. Phone Reachability & Accurate Delivery Address
Please double-check that your phone number and delivery address details (estate name, house number, nearby landmark) are completely accurate when checking out. Riders rely on direct phone calls for seamless handoff.
4. Warm Weather Protection
During transit in warm regions, our insulated packing helps preserve texture. If your whipped butter arrives slightly softened from hot transit vans, let it rest in a cool room or refrigerate for 15 minutes before opening.
